600 Conveyor Does Not Move At All

A. 600 Control has no display functions nor is there any indication of power.

  • There is a plug in transformer that connects to the 600 Control Interface, ensure that it is plugged into outlet and that connecter is plugged into the 600 Control.
  • If there is not AC power coming from outlet then a wiring change must be made.
  • If there is no DC power coming from transformer then replace transformer.

B.If 600 Control has display but conveyor will still not move.

  • E-Stop Activation (Handswitch LED Flashing Rapidly)
  • The conveyor ID should be correctly displayed as "1" in the center of the keyboard screen. Press the number "1" then press the 3rd blue button under display that says ID.

  • Ensure that inverter interface has power. There is a “POWER” LED on the inverter interface, located next to the inverter, to indicate that power is available for the system. If this LED is not lit, check that the power cord for inverter interface is plugged in.

  • If there is not AC power coming from outlet then a wiring change must be made.
  • If there is AC power coming from the outlet, ensure that the inverter has a display. If there is no display then contact White Conveyors Inc. If there is an error on the inverter display then refer to the error code list Located in the inverter manual to determine the error.

C. Mechanical problem.

Check for obvious mechanical problems. If no problems are obvious then call White Conveyors Inc.
